Heritage Christian School is governed by a Board of Directors made up of parents of HCS students. Staggered three-year terms are served by Board members who are recommended by a nominating committee and voted on by the general parent body at a Parent/Teacher Fellowship meeting. The Board meets monthly in open meetings.

The HCS School Board meets on the third Thursday of each month in Mrs. Lischke's classroom. All parents are invited to attend.
